East End is a proposed mix use commercial development by Sunstone Projects located in Ringwood in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.
The landmark project features a hotel, apartments, offices, restaurants, upper level podium gardens and terraces all centred around a significant central plaza. The plaza features paved circulation spaces set amongst generously planted gardens, trees, feature seating walls and outdoor dining areas.
RDLA worked with the development managers and the lead Architectural team to develop a landscape concept plan to accompany the development application for the project. The design required particular resolution of soil volumes and tree planting over structure to comply the required design guidelines.
