Chapel Park is a significant 110 dwelling residential development by Sunstone Projects located in Keysborough in Melbourne's south eastern suburbs.
RDLA assisted to prepare the initial schematic design for the landscape which features several internal gardens, large existing native trees, private terraces and pedestrian links on both the ground floor and upper levels.
Our team also prepared drawings to meet the planning permit conditions for Council endorsement and to comply with the Apartment Design guidelines.
The project is currently under construction and is due to complete in 2023.
